Pick-Up in Person
Want to pick up your puppy in person at our beautiful puppy palace in Walnut Creek, Ohio? Contact us ahead of time to make an appointment. We are conveniently located near all Cleveland, Columbus, and Pittsburgh airports. We are also located about 15 minutes from Holmes County Airport for private aircraft. Be sure to confirm with your airline that you can bring your new puppy home on your return flight.
Public Puppy Transport
If you cannot pick up your puppy in person but don’t want your puppy riding in air cargo, we can help you arrange a puppy transport service. Your puppy will travel in a Sprinter van with others headed in the same direction. Our drivers will plan the most efficient route to minimize travel time for each puppy.
Air-Cargo
If you live far away, air cargo can be one of the best ways to transport your new puppy. We work with a caring broker who can help ensure your puppy’s safety while in transport and who knows all the regulations for animals traveling in air cargo.
Flight Nanny
When you choose this option, your new pet will travel in the cabin with a designated flight nanny who will ensure that your pet’s needs are met. This is an excellent choice for pet parents who can’t make the trip but want to ensure someone is watching over their pet.
