Neil certainly knows how to work a crowd and your heart by instantly plopping over to your feet and offering his up his soft belly for a good rub as both a peace offering and a sign of wanting genuine connection! To say this boy is friendly is an understatement so expect sweetness overload as well as warm fuzzies to permeate the air as if he was newly elected to be the next Care Bear! We love Neil’s warmth, openness, and an overall enchantment for living life in a constant state of togetherness with his tribe is refreshing because he doesn’t want to demand or demean anyone’s authority or status- just create warmth!
